Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Here at Jaclyn M we like to make things as easy as possible. Shopping online can sometimes be risky business, so we have created a set of "easy to shop" return and exchange rules.

 

  • We will happily exchange or refund all online purchases within 14 days provided items are returned in the same condition as they were sent out in. They are to return, clean, unworn, undamaged with the original tags.

  • All sales made through retail outlets are to adhere to the individual store's refund and exchange policy.

  • Jaclyn M will not refund or exchange any goods bought from stockists. This remains the responsibility of the store the items were originally purchased from.

  • Once we have received your returned item, and we have checked to make sure it has been returned in a satisfactory condition, you will be notified via email and refunded via the same method of payment. Important : if you have paid by bank deposit you will be asked to provide us with an account so we can process the refund back to you.

  • Jaclyn M takes great care when making all items, however, sometimes a faulty item can slip through unnoticed. Please notify Jaclyn M of your faulty item within 14 days of receiving it. You will have the option of a full refund or exchange of the item.



We do try our best to keep the online store inventory up to date, however there will be the odd occasion where we miss something. If for some reason an item you have ordered is not available you will be notified via email, at which time you will have an option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.



RETURNS POLICY
As with all items if you purchase the wrong size we are more than happy to exchange sizes. If the size required is unavailable then you will have the option of exchanging to another item, store credit or full refund. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you the customer.



All return shipping costs are to be paid by you the customer unless items are faulty. If faulty Jaclyn M will arrange a courier to pick up. If courier pickup is not available in your area ie some rural locations Jaclyn M will reimburse you for the courier cost to return the faulty.

SALE GOODS
Please choose carefully. No exchange or refunds on sale items, unless faulty, No holds, All sales are final.


REFUND POLICY - INTERNATIONAL

  • We will happily exchange or refund all online purchases within 14 days of arrival to your destination country.  All items are to be returned in the same condition as they were sent out in. They are to return, clean, unworn, undamaged with the original tags.

Jaclyn M is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using a registered mail.
If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these taxes and duties are non-refundable through Jaclyn M. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to ensure how these duties or taxes may affect you.
