By purchasing from Jaclyn M Studio, you agree to the following terms. We want you to love your purchase, but because we offer a mix of physical, digital, and kitchenware products, different rules apply to different items

1. Physical Goods: Clothing & Bakeware
We will happily exchange or refund online purchases of physical goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Clothing: Items must be clean, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.

Bakeware & Silicone: Due to hygiene and food safety standards, bakeware must be completely unused and in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a return. Once a kitchen item has been used or the packaging opened, we cannot accept it for a "change of mind" return.
2. Digital Products: PDF Sewing Patterns
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF sewing patterns are final. Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. Please double-check your measurements against the size chart provided before completing your purchase.
3. Sale Items
Please choose carefully. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items for change of mind. All sale purchases are final, unless the item is faulty.
4. Faulty Items
I take great pride in my craft, but I am human, and occasionally a fault may slip through unnoticed. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, if an item is faulty, we will fulfill our obligations to provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Clothing Faults: Holes, fabric abnormalities, broken stitches, or construction issues occurring before the item was worn.

Bakeware Faults: Manufacturing defects in the silicone or failure to meet advertised heat-resistance standards. (Note: General wear, staining from food, or cuts from knives are not considered faults).

Digital Faults: Corrupted files or technical errors that prevent the pattern from being used.
Please notify us of any faults at shop.jaclynm@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item so we can arrange a resolution.
5. Shipping & Returns

Standard Returns: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items: Jaclyn M Studio will cover the return costs for faulty items. We will arrange a courier pickup from your address.

Rural Customers: If courier pickup is not available in your area, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the faulty item via your local post office.
6. Size Exchanges
If you purchase the wrong size, we are more than happy to exchange it for you. If the required size is out of stock, you will have the option of exchanging for a different item, receiving a store credit, or a full refund.
7. Third-Party Stockists
Please note that Jaclyn M Studio cannot directly refund or exchange goods purchased through our retail stockists. All sales made through third-party outlets are subject to that individual store’s own refund and exchange policy. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.
Inventory Note: We do our best to keep our online inventory 100% accurate. In the rare event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email to offer a substitute or a full refund.
