We will happily exchange or refund all online purchases within 14 days provided items are returned in the same condition as they were sent out in. They are to return, clean, unworn, undamaged with the original tags.

All sales made through retail outlets are to adhere to the individual store's refund and exchange policy.
Jaclyn M will not refund or exchange any goods bought from stockists. This remains the responsibility of the store the items were originally purchased from.
Jaclyn M takes great care when making all items, however, sometimes a faulty item can slip through unnoticed. Please notify Jaclyn M of your faulty item within 14 days of receiving it. You will have the option of a full refund or exchange of the item.

We do try our best to keep the online store inventory up to date, however there will be the odd occasion where we miss something. If for some reason an item you have ordered is not available you will be notified via email, at which time you will have an option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

Size exchanges

As with all items if you purchase the wrong size we are more than happy to exchange sizes.
If the size required is unavailable then you will have the option of exchanging to another item or full refund.


All return shipping costs are to be paid by you the customer unless items are faulty.
If faulty Jaclyn M will arrange a courier to pick up. If courier pickup is not available in your area ie some rural locations Jaclyn M will reimburse you for the courier cost to return the faulty.


Meaning a hole, mark or abnormality in the fabric including. Broken stitches and caught seams that have not been user wear and tear. It unfortunately does occasionally happen, email us to arrange resolution.


What is not faulty: Items that have been constructed differently than you would do. Items that have a different fit than what you think they should be.
