Silicone Bakeware & Mitts

 

  •     Heat Rating: Safe for temperatures up to 230°C.

 

  •     Stay Stable: Silicone is flexible! Always place moulds on  a solid baking tray before filling and putting them in the oven.

 

  •     Watch the Blades: Never use knives or metal scrubbers on your silicone. Sharp objects will cause permanent tears.

 

  •     Wet Mitts Warning: If using silicone oven mitts, ensure they are completely dry before use. Moisture can conduct heat and reduce your protection.


Glassware

  •     Thermal Shock: To prevent cracking, avoid extreme temperature swings. Do not pour boiling water into a cold glass, and never place a hot glass directly onto a cold stone benchtop or into cold water.

 

  •     Cleaning: Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the clarity and finish of your glassware.

 

  •     Inspection: Always check your glassware for small chips or cracks before use. If you find a chip, please retire the item for your safety.


    Not for Oven Use: Unless specifically labeled as "Borosilicate" or "Oven-Safe," our glassware is intended for serving and cold/room temperature use only.

 

General Care

  •     Wash Before Use: Give your new items a quick wash in warm, soapy water before their first job.

 

  •     Staining: High-pigment foods (like turmeric or tomato) may cause slight staining on silicone. This is natural and won't affect performance!
